Dr. Debra Manders is currently working with Prof. Huber on the International Handbook of Evaluation.

Debra is a Canadian Citizen living in Zug, Switzerland.  She has over 10 years of educational experience both as a teacher and administrator. 

Debra has earned her doctoral degree in Education from Washington State University.  She has taught in Canada, the United States and now in Switzerland.
